How about the u-joints? Could be the ones to the front wheels or the u-joints on the driveshaft.

SOURCE: loud humming noise from front end of Durango 4 x 4

You have a hub/wheel bearing going out. You need to jack up the vehicle on each side. Grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to move it in/out at the top and bottom. If this does not work then roll the wheel as fast as you can and see if you can hear which one it is. Good Luck.

I have a 99 Dodge ram 1500 5.2L stick shift and the front end is making a pulsing grinding noise at 15-30 mph, it stops as soon as I apply the brakes or turn.

1) Could be a stone or something similar between the pads and disks on your front brakes. Wheel off check the disks are they pitted, rusted or scored. Look for stones or grit between pad and disk.

2) Could be a wheel bearing, jack up the car (Securely) see if there's any play in the wheels. Try to rock them side to side and top to bottom. If there's play (movement/judder) from the hub, your bearing needs replacing.

I was wondering on a alero 99 , i replaced the brakes and a caliper and fixed my brake lines but my abs light is on but it sounds like a airplain when u drive their is no shaking or grinding in the front...

YEP BAD WHEEL BEARING WILL MAKE A ROARING LIKE NOISE WHILE IN MOTION.BAD WHEEL COULD PUT DRAG ON WHEEL WHICH CAUSE ABS LIGHT TO COME ON.YOUR WHEEL BEARING HAS THE WHEEL SPEED SENSOR BUILT INTO IT.SO IF WHEEL BEARING BAD THE WHEEL SPEED SENSOR PART OF ABS BRAKE SYSTEM WILL CAUSE ABS LIGHT TO COME ON IF WHEEL BEARING BAD.MAKE SURE FRONT BRAKE PADS INSTALLED CORRECTLY IF NOT. YOU WILL GET TERRIBLE WHEEL NOISE ALSO.

WHy dose my brake pedal push back and make a grinding noise

Look through the openings in your front wheels and look at the front rotors-are they gouged up? You are probably running metal-to-metal, pads to rotors.
Chances are real good your rotors will have to be replaced along with new pads, but if you catch it early enough you might be able to have them machined, although nowadays that is hardly easy to get done and the savings usually is not as significant as it once was.

I have a roaring/grinding noise in the front passenger side wheel of a 99 dodge ram 1500 4wd. i checked for play in the wheel and there is none. i also checked the clearance on the dust guard. everything...

sounds like your brakes on that side are metal to metal, tearing up your rotor... when they get this bad, they will make noise all the time and you dont have to be using your brakes for them to grind and roar

I Think I have a front wheel bearing problem

Check wheel bering for play if there is no play , it doesn't mean that bearing is NOT bad its can still be dry and would be making that grinding sound you described Also check axle and see if boot is broken. That may be your problem also make sure that rotors are not gouged/scraped up and pads are good.Contact if you need more help and thanks for using FIX YA

Rubbing noise on drivers side coming from wheel

Could be a bad bearing or a brake dragging. Roll the car slowly with the engine off. Walk beside the car and if you hear the noise, you'll be able to tell more about it if the engine is off. Try pushing on the brake pedal as the car is being pushed and see if the noise changes.
If it does, then you can eliminate one cause.
