can only be 3 things. 1: bad engine. 2: bad spark 3: bad fueling (in that order) and too rich or too lean. there is a test for each one that takes about 1hours work.
it sounds like u have a blown fuse if u have an owners manuel look in the fuse section and find the fuse for ur radio pull it out and see if it is blown.
the radio is locked.phone a gm dealer and ask them to unlock your radio.they will instruck you on how to get a 3 digit code out of the radio.then they have to phone it in and they will give you the 4 digit unlock code and tell you how to input it.then it will work again.the radio gets locked when the battery goes dead or gets disconnected.
If you do not have a code, you need to take your car into a saab dealer who will quickly take the radio out to get it's radio code. They will then phone saab and get the four digit code for you. This is always the same so you need to keep the code safe for the future. They only charge about £15.
When you have the code enter the number in when your radio screen says code in with four dashes. If the screen only has four dashes and not the words code in then you need to leave the radio on for an hour until the screen comes up with the words code in. If you enter the code in incorrectly three times you will have to leave the radio on for an hour again. You cannot hear the radio while you wait the hour. Hope this helps.
