hi andrecti

check to see if your timing belt is broken. there should be an access hole usually a rubber cap that you can remove to see it. if there is no access hole remove the screws of the timing belt cover and open it enough to see the belt without breaking the cover. If the belt looks ok be sure there is enough tension so that it is not skipping over the camshaft pulley.
check your ignition components for dampness or to see if they are faulty (spark plugs, wires and ignition module and coil packs).

try disconnecting vacuum advance tube from the distributor, block it off and see how the car reacts.you may have to do it to both if it has 2 Could also have a vacuum leak somewhere around the intake system

oil is non conductive so I doubt that's the problem, but the oil leak should be fixed to reduce problems down the road.
as for the misfire could be a couple things, fouled plug(s), a plug wire(s) that has cracks, or even valves that are not seating which i doubt from your explanation.
I would change your plugs and wires first, and fix oil leak. if this does not fix the issue there are other things going on.

Check your key immobilizer, i had a similar problem with my Lanos.
If you turn the key and your red light keeps flashing in the centre console your imobilizer is not turning off.

Transmission for 2001 daewoo lanos

since it does not have the dip stick, there is a plug on the side of the transmission. Take out the plug and fill it until fluid starts running out, then it is full and insert the plug.

Changing alternator on 2001 Daewoo Lanos

Probably not.
You may have to remove brackets or belts but I've yet to see one for which one couldn't find a 'work-around.'
No doubt that the engine/transmission assembly was dropped in as a unit, but their service people still have to deal with removals such as yours so considerations such as removing a specific part is normally part of their design process. Just imagine if this had to be done under warranty and Daewoo would have to pay the bill.
