The CHILTONS 1990-1993 Mitsubishi eclipse repair manual has extensive electical, vacuum and other such diagrams fo this vehicle about $25 at auto parts store or online. this is probably one of the most extensive resource on this vehicle, well worth the money. in fact in most cases it payes for itself the first time you use it. (in savings on mechanic/repair shop visits. it has trouble shooting and a comprehensive chapter on every system in the car.

SOURCE: Abnormal clutch pedal operation

You've replaced the master, the slave, now I would check to see if the throwout fork will move by hand. If you can move the fork by hand I would say that your pressure plate and or throwout bearing are worn out. First try to just gravity bleed the system. If that doesnt work, it may be time for a clutch, pressure plate, and bearing. The pressure plate spring pushes the pedal back up and depending on how many miles and driving habit those little arms on it break off and just wear out. I hope this helps you.

you need to bleed your clutch. make sure the cap is on all the way, then have someone press the pedal to floor, open the bleed valve to let air escape and close it back. repeat it 3 or 4 times and it should take of your problem.

On the slave cylinder will be a bleed port, remove this fitting (port), remove the fill cap and let the fluid drain into a pan, will not take long if you help by pushing on the clutch pedal a few times.

Clutch wont work

Check and make sure you have fluid in the clutch master cylinder. If it is low fill and check for leaks. Repair leaks as needed and bleed system. If fluid was full check adjustment and bleed system, if there is air in the system pedal will go to the floor.
