Hi I have a '53 plate grand Voyager XS and due to the battery going flat I have lost the use of trhe radio/sat-nav/dvd player. I bought this car brand new in september 2003... The only one that can unlock these types of security items is the dealer. Now if you are able to put a after market radio in that should fix your problem.
i assume you put a new battery in,van runs but no radio or clock, check all your fuses first,and also make sure that radio doesnt have anti theft system, if it does then read your manualy on how to enter the code,if it needs a code then it wont work until code is entered,careful if you do the code entering wrong three times then radio shuts down for one hour, then you would need to have the key on or van running for one hour straight,
