both ,push in and turn at the same time ,difficult single handed but with a G clamp?? and snap on water pump pliers to turn it with its a fiddly job but not too difficult ,have you found your chassis number yet??? took me ages to find ---in the boot on the cross member under the floor

the dealer can make one with the vin # but if it has chip in the key ( pass lock) then you will have to have it towed to the dealer.good luck.

remove the rear wheels. loosen both bolts on the break caliper. push the pison back by turning it clock wise and pushing back at the same time. fit new pads and install in reverse order.
