We replaced the battery on a 2004 Lexus RX330 after I left the keys in the ignition in the neutral position. Anyway, after we replaced the battery the car will not turn. The lights are on so the battery appears to be making the proper connection. The car has been running great. Is there something that needs to be reset?

You just had to disconnect the negative off the old battery first. Then you disconnect the positive and it happens to touch metal it won't short anything out. Make sure you can not wiggle the cables, that the connectors at the battery can't spin or move at all. Tighten them more if necessary, try to start it. Let me know if you still have problems.

replacing the headlights is easy. There is no need to adjust the afs, is is automatically done within the vehicle. Changing the bulbs doesn't affect the afs system at all.

another thought is try disconnecting the battery for and hour or 2 and see if that resets it,your last resort may be (hate to say it ) dealer to look at it

VSC is Vehicle Stability Control. This is and electronic sensing which monitors and combines performance of braking, wheel slippage and handling, ect.
If this light comes on along with check engine light, it can be caused by a loose gas cap or faulty o2 sensor.

Angelo, The car has been running great. We have had no problems with the vehicle. We knew the battery needed to be replaced. The new battery has been installed correctly. The lights and locks all work the car will not turn on and we cannot move it out of gear. It is an automatic.
