I'm a c230 owner and when i visited the dealer they said "don't worry for a light will come on to let you know it's time. Should be at 10,000 miles but there is a sensor to have it come on sooner if the oil needs it. cost approx $248.

Good luck

How often does a 2001 Camry LE V6 need an oil change?

ALL Vehicles have the same oil change requirement

You drive 20,000 miles a year div x 5 =every 4,000 miles

You drive 16,500 miles a year div x 4= every 4,125 miles

You drive 12,000 miles a year div x 3=every 4,000 miles

So every 10,13 or 17 weeks

3,4 or 5 times a year you change your oil

I have 2007 Mercedes C230 with 71,000 miles. It has had oil changed recently. Check Engine light came on yeaterday. What are the problems associated with this indication and what can I check without a trip...

before go to the dealer you can only do one thing, stop your car at flat floor for one our, then check oil level, if oil level lower or higher than lower level and maximum level it can be create engine light on, otherwise you have to go to the dealer and fix diagnose CPU in to your car and find what's the wrong, some time it's could be cam angle sensor faulty there are 4 cam angle sensors in your car have to be diagnose to find fault. however you must have to go to dealer for erase fault, is this information helped you?

At how many miles should I change my transmission oil?

Hi,
You should have a service manual that came with your vehicle when you purchased it. It will tell you how often you should change the different fluids, either in months or the amount of miles you have put on the vehicle. Most dealers have different schedules. If you don't have a records manual, you can call the dealer and they will tell you this. My vehicle says every 12,000 miles or 6 months which ever comes first.I hope I have been of some help to you.
Sincerely, shastalaker7

is displayed.
Note: To change oil life 100% miles value from 7,500 miles (12,000 km)
or six months to another value, proceed to Step 3.
3. Once “OIL LIFE SET TO XXX%” is displayed, release and press the
