Car runs perfect on interstate or as long as your not at a full stop stall restart stall restart
Did you check for vacuum leaks in any of the lines or intake gaskets?

I had the same problem. My local mechanic, who is quite good, replaced the CRANKSHAFT MOTION SENSOR two years ago and the problem is gone.

Had the same problem, a service guy at the dealer soldered a fuse between the ignition wires. Never had a problem again. The problem is the keys, they have a resistor on the key, if the ignition doesnt detect the right resistance it will not unlock the security system. The fuse allows the system to always read resistance in the ignition system. Seriously I could not make something that silly up, but the fuse worked. 5 years not a problem

Remove your entire coil pack and ICM, disassemble it, and clean every contact and connector
Something's fishy with the ICM trigger signals, and you may just luck out with a good electrical cleanup.
or maybe even replace it
