Push the P.scan and Rbds(something like that) and hold till 1000 appears and then enter in the code and it will come on.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Check for a blown fuse, swap fan relay with the ac relay, if none of thease work find a diagnostics scanner like a snapon modis. with the scan tool you will beable to command them on and off, otherwise your temp sensor is not working properly, or the fans them selves my be worn out.

like for the radio or the keyless door code?

either way you need a professional scanner like the snap-on modis @ $8000 or assistance of the dealer or a really good technician

otherwise if you talk nicely to the dealer they may unlock it for you but they usually charge to do such

It hooks up to the diagnostic port by the battery. But it sounds like you need plug wires.

it depends on the work you do. If you do alot of work on new cars then Sanpon modis is the best but if you do cars that are more than 5 years old then snapon mt2500 is graet. But if you are not very skilled at cars then national and local part stores usually carry a cheaper version but they dont do alot of the fancy stuff (they only read trouble codes) For me the mt2500 is graet and I bought it via online auction for less that $500.00 and it has all that I need. But I cant hook it up to brand new cars either.) But the modis is like 4 to $9000.00.....Hope you find one that you like....
