You have a defective door lock actuator motor, more then likey water has gotten into it from a torn weather seal boot. Remove the door panel and replace it.

Something in the transmission is probably not right. Sounds like a small gear has stripped and is trying to go ahead and go into gear, or the gear is chipped and is making that sound because it is chipped and not going into the other gear as smoothly as it should. I would take it to a transmission shop where ever you live and get it checked out. That's one thing about automatic transmissions, they have to be worked on by a transmission specialist nowadays. Try that and let me know what you found out.

The locks on the kias 2007 spectra when you push the button it makes bussing sound in the drivers door also they will lock the doors on you.

Sounds like the electric motor that controls the lock arm is possibly sticking and grinding on itself causing the buzzing noise. Or it could be something inside the panel has created an issue for the arm and motor to move freely.

If you go to this site: http://www.kiatechinfo.com you may be able to find a way to remove the door panel and check out the function of the lock. I'd give it a look see before you take it to a shop, it could be something simple. Replacing the entire lock would probably get a little on the expensive side.

If the key turns but does not unlock the door then it is a linkage problem between the lock tumbler and door lock mechanism. If the key does not turn at all, then it will most likely be a problem with the mechanism. Sadly both of these will require removal of the door panel. If you dont feel comfortable with this then take to a reputable shop
