SOURCE: remove rear passnger rear door panel 1991 honda

As I remember, you need to remove the front seat belt mount, & completely remove the back seats, in order to remove the rear door cards, without breaking them.

Hi i was looking if someone knows how can i fix the door of my honda accord lx 1991 of two doors because it wont open the door from inside an i have too open the window an open from outside if some one...

Take off the door panel and carefully remove the padding and plastic if any! look for the rod that connects to the inside handle and if the handle itself isnt broken you should be able to reconnect it fairly easy!!! I would reccomend a garage to do this in being that its winter, and you will have little space to work with so the rite tools are essential. Hope this helps.

Driver's side door won't open from the inside or from the outside on a 1991 honda accord lx

Does the door lock knob move up & down easily? If no,the latch is likely rusted.Spray a BUNCH of penetrating oil down the rear edge of the glass, hopefully getting some where it may loosen up the lock rods.If the knob moves freely,I've got bad news. The latch,as I recall has a small spring that breaks, making the latch inoperable. This means a new latch is needed,The bad part is that you need to remove the door panel without opening the door, not an easy thing if you want to save the panel.Next a hole needs to be drilled in just the right spot so a pick or small screwdriver can hold an arm up(or down...hard to remember) so the door will open, allowing access to the three screws that bolt the latch to the door.I wish I could describe where to drill but it's such a visual thing...you really have to see it done by a person who's been there.Try a shop that specializes in Honda, the "kids" at most dealers will have no idea what to do.Sorry I can't give an easy fix,I think you will need some pro help with this one
