Try ebay for a shop/overhaul manual. Don't know of a free manual. Rovercannibal.com has used factory owners manuals but they are around $30 but they are not a shop manual. Is there something you needed to know specifically?

Hi, Jeep offers a free download of owners manuals for '04 and newer vehicles. For older models, you can purchase a manual. Log onto this Jeep site to order one. Let me know if you have any trouble finding the manual. Good luck!

Put it on medium or the quick charge. If it has a start or boost on it put it on that and try to start the car. Do not leave it on a high rate (start or boost)for long periods or the battery could explode.

It is best to "trickle charge" a low/dead car battery using the lowest setting. The "jump start" function will probably not have enough juice to start your car by itself. Refer to the manual of your charger for safety precautions.

I have a homelite 720 generator but cant fingd the instruction manual and i need to know if the charger leads only charge a battery or can be used as jump leads i know this might sound stupid but i wo

I can't find any reference to a Homelite model 720 generator but most battery charging systems do not supply enough amps to run a car starter. Battery chargers usually work in the two (trickle) to ten amp range. Car starters need way more amps to have enough power to turn an engine over, depending on the size and number of cylinders in the motor. Some chargers have a switch with a 60 amp 'start' position to help the battery turn the motor over, but without that there is little chance the charger side of your generator will supply enough amps to help your battery.

It sounds like you have blown a fuse or a relay. Consult your owners manual and locate your power distribution box (most likely under the hood) and check your fuses and check your starter relay by swapping it with another that is not essential for starting your vehicle.

take battery to an auto place or auto shop and have battery tested it may be drained. Did you possilbly leave somthing on? inter lamp, glove box lamp, anything?
