SOURCE: have a 2003 cadillac cts,

Wow, sounds like splicing time, have to get the the area where the harness was damaged and repair it - disconnect the battery, buy some 14 and 16 gauge wire of various colors, and some **** connectors or better yet, a soddering gun and shrink tube and fix them one by one-when you get it done, and hook the battery back, your scanner will let you know shortly if you have any issues.

Or you could go to town to and replace the entire harness, but that is usually easier said than done, no matter what, you have your work cut out for you (plus you have to fix the ruptured oil line too). Good luck

Code P0157

OBD II P0157 due to Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 2)
This code refers to a fault in the post-catalyst o2 sensor on Bank 2. First, a basic run-down of the catalyst: The Catalytic Converter is used to help control tailpipe emissions, to "clean up" the exhaust, if you will. The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) uses the signal from the heated oxygen sensor to the rear of the catalyst to monitor the catalyst's efficiency by comparing it to the o2 sensors in front of the catalyst.

2008 CTS Cadillac 3.6 stick ,have 2 po430 code 02S and EVA, put a new cat on old one was empty checked every thing was told cat,out on new now has 2-430

Sounds like you need a reputable mechanic with a good code reader to check it out. It could be an O2Sensor, I would almost bet on that one, but could be many other sensors as well. O2 sensors emit low voltage signals and if one is weak or bad it will act like the Cat is bad. make sure the wires are plugged in all the way, possibly one is loose from when they installed the new cat. Hope this helps. Hard to diagnose with out the vehicle here to hook up my code reader to.
