One of your left lights is burned out, check your brake lights as well.

SOURCE: turn signals dont work brake lights dont work

You didn't mention your rear brake lights. If they don't work either then you probably have a bad light control module (LCM). This is a common problem with big Fords. You can buy a replacement part ($250) or have yours rebuilt (www.autoecu.com). The module is located under the dash to the right of the steering column and is fairly easy to replace.
Do the turn signals work? If not it may be the turn signal switch. The aftermarket parts are cheaper than a Ford factory part; check the guarantee before deciding.
Worse case scenario? You need both parts.

2003. Why does right turn signal have fast blink?

The side that is dim has resistance in the electrical circuit , use voltage drop testing to find the problem . Watch this video on voltage drop testing .

Where do I find the fuses for signal lights one signal blinks real fast and the other doesn't and I already check the light bulb and not bad

How many lights are "normally blinking when you set your turn signal either left or right? Just front and back? Or Front and back and side lights as well? If one of the set in no good, it does/could affect the other ones and as a result, you get the fast blinking you describe. Check the good side , and compare.
Hope this helps.

Kia turn signal works but blinks fast on right side when parking lights are on

turn on park lights and signal on right side and take a good look at the front and rear light , see if one is dimmer than the other this may be due to a bad ground and when the park lights are on and drawing more power it also needs better ground, check the sockets front and rear try wiggling the bulb to see which one is causing the problem

Left signal light blinks fast - all bulbs have been replaced- where is the relay cluster located

normally when one light blinks fast its due to a intermittent ground loss, this can either be at the socket, or in the bulb itself, remove the bulb and check to be sure that its getting a good contact ,,

Fast Blinker

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.

Left turn signal is blinking fast, where is the relay located at?

You did not say if the right signal blinks ok or not. Assuming it blinks like the left, the best way to find the blinker is to leave the engine off but the key switch on and turn your blinker on. Now LISTEN and you should hear the clicking. If the right side blinker is normal then you may have a bad turn signal bulb or ground to one of the signal bulbs. An easy way to check your turn signal bulbs is to turn on your emergency flashers and look at the bulbs, they all should blink at the same time and with the same brightness. Good Luck
