Cruise controlnot working

Do you have an airbag light lit ? Are your cruise control buttons on the steering wheel . If so the clock spring could have an open circuit. A clock spring is a part inside the steering column , under the steering wheel . Check out this video on clock spring .
https://youtu.be/4jv2DW39drA if no airbag light ,then probably not this part.

04 Honda Accord EX : The cruise control master switch clicks off immediately after it is pressed; the air bag light comes on and stays on for several days and then goes off all to start the cycle again;...

your problem is a part called a clock spring located underneath the steering wheel.best to have a shop replace it for you, special wheel puller is required to remove the steering wheel, this part carries wires for all controls and air bag that are control by the steer wheel buttons.

Steering wheel buttons dont work on my 2004 accord

Check the fuses and relays. Generally if only 1 accessory doesn't work, the problem is with that particular accessory. When ther are several that don't work, check fuses and relays.

The light on cruise buttons & part of the heat/air has went out

From Lou on Topix.com

The bulbs are very inexpensive. They can be purchased at Radio Shack. Two bulbs cost about $2 per set. They are 12 volt, 60 milliamp and they come with long leads. To replace the bulbs in the steering wheel you must first carefully pry out the switch and the unplug it. Then you must carefully unsnap the switch housing. Take extra caution to not break any of the plastic snap fittings and do not lose any parts. The circuit boards contain the mini-lamps and they are soldered onto the board. Snap of the old bulbs , reatin the housing and the blue rubber light covers. Place the new bulb into the old holder, slip on the blue lens cover, snip the leads to about 1/4 inch, and then solder them onto the boards in the old place. Once soldered, carefully bend the bulb over to lay flat. Take the time to replace all of the bulbs. Re-assemble the switch and replace it in the steering wheel.
For the heat control dash lights the entire assembly must be removed. Replace the bulbs inthe same manner as above. The door lights do not need to be soldered, they have a holder that "unscrews" from the circuit board. Just remove the old bulb from the holder, insert the new bulb and twist the leads into place and snip off the excess leads. Then "screw" the holder back into the circuit board.

Fix lights in steering wheel - 04 DeVille

Steering wheel lights do not have bulbs you can change. The switch is a sealed asembly with an integral light. Each one costs around $110 at the dealership.

Heated seats have wires inside a fabric cover located betwwen the outside seat skin and the inner foam. Over time, they burn out. You can buy replacements from the dealer and have either them or an upholstery shop install them.

Lights out on steering wheel instruments of 200 Taurus

It sounds like you have some bulbs burned out in the cluster and cruise switches. I don't think you can just replace the bulbs in the switch. You can replace bulbs in the instrument cluster.
