Wipers are working fine but will not spray windshield fluid
Sounds like the spray nozzles are clogged you can usually remove them and soak them in soapy water or spray water through it with a sprayer on the end of a hose. if that doesn't solve it then you may have a cracked line or the pump that pumps it out may be broken but usually is the nozzles are clogged.
SOURCE: how to reconnect the hose
is this the type that runs through the hood and the hole is so small you can run a piece or wire thread like a needle and tape or tie to hose or are they just pulled apart
SOURCE: how to disconnect ww pump inbonneville
The easiest way to go about this would be to pull the electrical pigtail off of the pump itself and that will stop all pumping of the windshield fluid.Locate your windshield washer reservoir and look around the outside of it.There will be a conical looking pump with an electrical pigtail and a rubber hose connected to it.The hose is where the fluid is transferred, but the electrical pigtail is what you want to disconnect. There is a lock clip you have to release, then you can pull the pigtail off with ease.No more pumping!!!! SOURCE: windshield washer does not pump fluid
The pump works off the same circuit as the wipers, so it would be same fuse. Most likely the pump is no bad.

The hose that the fluid runs through has a hole in it or one of the little plastic hose connectors has sprung a leak or is partially disconnected.
