I think I have found the problem. When I wiggle the ignition switch the turn signals and radio go on and off so I feel the issue is in the ignition switch. From what I understand the actual electronics for the switch are at the base of the sterring column behind the lower dash panel and is connected by a rod that may need adjusting.

I have the same problem. Do not know cause but I remove large red 50 fuse in engine compartment fuse box, wait 15 sec and replace. Lock car and unlock. This seams to reset something and car is fine. This problems seams to appear when my battery is low.(?)

2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. What is wrong with my steering wheel?

That is strange because they are unrelated.

The power steering works using a pump that has a pulley and is turned by the Serpentine belt. Where you put the fluid, did it look like this?

The Brake Master Cylinder has a similar reservoir and also has a brake booster that uses vacuum power from the engine to give you a mechanical advantage. Both are shown here

My 2012 jeep grand Cherokee makes noise like a grinding/pumping sound when going up a hill offroad, could it be my and/TC tiring on and off to direct power to wheel/s with traction

Traction control is going to apply braking to the specific wheel that is rotating significantly faster than the others. You can turn off TC and if noise stops, you have your answer.

TC will likely limit engine RPMs as well, so not only will individual wheel braking occur, the engine will seem to bog down as well. Suggest you consult your manual.

Radio in 2003 jeep grand cherokee does not play cd's. it plays the radio stations, volume works, but it does not eject the cd or even recognize it .

you can look for a radio shop to repair the cd player it would be cheaper to install a aftermarket radio they do have kits if you have steering wheel controls

Scrubbing noise from rear

check the sheet metal backing plate just behind the brake rotors, it may be bent and touching when wheel is turned, this is the common problem for this noise.

Power loss

Sounds like a bad forward control module, or body control module. All those things run off of one computer.
