Lost combustion Have 150psi on all cylinders but have lost combustion on right bank only.

P0306 ,is the only DTC error.
cylinder 6 means.
low combustion(weak) on #6 only.. has has 3 causes (basics)
bad #6 cylinder, compression below 150psi (a test) using tools.
or bad spark #6 ,
or bad injections, try swap 6 with 8 even bank>
even bank is passenger side is 2, 4, 6, 8

brakes bad for ABS, ,and ABS fails so does traction control
brakes first then ABS and last traction works.1,2,3 rules
we inspect brakes first. hand on,eyeball on for bad/warn or stick parts. ABS can not high grossly bad breaks, like say stuck caliper piston or seized caliper guide pins or warped or cracked rotors
Inspections DEEP is the next act..


p03nn errors are detected by piston ./rod/crank acceleration speeds
or think of it like this, 5.3l is 315HP, divided by 8 is 40hp per jug
so if cylinder 6 is only acting like 20HP then that is misfire.
the PCm knows how all 8 accelerate so fails the test if 1 is weak
cylinder 6 is weak. for SURE only why remains
one can guess or test.
compression tests (basic basics 101 stuff here)
new spark plug and cop boot.or HV wires sets if present.
injectors cleaned or swapped, 6 to 8

lets say #6 exhaust valve is burnt or its spring broken
no EFI on earth can hide that and get back 20+ HP from it.

The firing order should be 1 2 3 4 5 6
Your cylinder banks are odd and even numbered.
Looking under the hood, front bank of cylinders , from left to right, 2 4 6
The rear bank of cylinders, left to right, 1 3 5

0301 is cylinder 1 misfire code , are you in UK?
and really means cylinder combustion pressure weak,

1. bad #1 cylinder compression, below 150PSI is bad.
2. bad spark #1
3. or bad injector #1 P0201 is injector one.

3 causes. main, there are others but are related to line 1.

all PO are P0 P zero. not PO.
so searching using wrong dtc code fails. sure.

swap injector 1 to 2, and now injector 2 fails, I bet.

Bank 1 is the side that your #1 cylinder is on and Sensor 2 is the down stream sensor. If I remember correctly, your car only has 3 sensors, so it is the one after the catalytic converter. If you do have 4, it is the one after the bank #1 cat.

3 Ignition Of Air And Gas
4 Exhaust Of Air And Gas

Do A Compression Test Of Each Cylinder LOOKING For 150psi or more at each cylinder 140 psi lowest. But record each reading per cylinder. If checks Good.
I would try can of starting fluid just a good 20 second shot in the intake with water at hand if engine back fires.
If she starts then sounds like fuel starvation, Fuel Pump, Fuel Regulator Or Just A Fuse ...Also Probe The ECM and see what its saying..What kind of car are we working on..???

Sounds like a power supply problem to the coils. Trace the wires back from the sparkplugs and what you find is probably split into 2 units. One for each bank of cylinders. The side with cylinders 1,2,and 3 represent a,b, and c coils. Check the connections to the part powering the bad bank of cylinders.

Bank one will be on the right side of the engine/vehicle if viewed from the driver seat. Bank one will always be the cylinder bank that has the # 1 cylinder in it. Here is a firing order diagram to help assist you and let me know if you require any further assistance.

Then Left to Right, the Front Cylinder Bank, nearest the Bumper starts with Cylinder No. 2 on the left, Cylinder No. 4 is Center Front, and finally, Cylinder 6 is Front Right.

While standing in front of the vehicle, the 'Back" Cylinder bank, nearest the Firewall, Left to Right: Cylinder No. 2, then No. 4, then No. 6. The Front Cylinder Bank, Nearest the Bumper, Cylinder Location, Left to Right, Start with No. 1, then Center Front, is No. 3, and finally, the right Front Cylinder, nearest the bumper is Cylinder No., 5.

For a V engine format it would be where cylinder #1 is and that should be the furthest front combustion chamber. Once located where it is, that would be Bank 1 on that cylinder head. Bank 2 will be the opposite cylinder hear. With the exception of the Bugatti W16 engine which will have 4 banks due to having 2 Audi V8 cylinder heads side by side (giving the engine a W configuration) and use 16 cylinders for combustion.
