My driver side head light lamps will not go on
If you have replaced the bulb, the the next thing to do is start testing the current flow starting at the headlight, then follow the wiring back to the fuse pannel testing at any points you can touch the tester probes. there may not be any of those and you might have to just go straight to the fuse pannel. the next thing I would check is the switch. hope the info helps
Have u checked earth cables or block that plugs onto headlamp
SOURCE: Adjusting headlights on 2003 honda accord
Further to Emmisionwiz's answer that worked for me - the holes are in the black plastic covering the radiator support, to each side more or less in line with the headlights. They are marked with an "A" and rotation directions for UP and DOWN. The Phillips screwdriver goes into the hole about 45 degrees from vertical and engages the adjusting rack, where the teeth of the Phillips screwdriver are the pinion. If you shine a flashlight down the hole you can see the rack teeth and all becomes clear. But you will need a long Phillips screwdriver and a little bit of luck.
In the owner's manual it says the lights are adjusted correctly at the dealership and if they need adjustment because of a trailer then take the car to a Honda certified mechanic.
I have a 2004 Accord also and the method is the same for that one too.

SOURCE: How to change headlight bulb, '06 Honda Accord drivers side?
remove a few of the clips on the inner fender liner, depending on which bulb u are replaceing(left or right?) turn the wheels in either direction and u will be able to slide ur hand or arm between the liner and fender to gain access to the bulbs and connectors..do not remove the battery .

Check the prones inside the connector that you plug into the brake light module. You may have to squeeze, wiggle, tilt each one to see which one is not connecting all that good. I know it may sound confusing. I tried to explain the best of I could.
SOURCE: need radio code for 2007 honda accord serial
HONDA do not make radios .They only affix their badge onto
radios made by the large manufacturers (ALPINE , BLAUPUNKT etc).
First try https://radio-navicode.honda.com/
If so , then if the above suggestion is not successful ,then unfortunately the code will not be available for free (or cheap ) from anywhere on the Internet.
