Do you have rear A/C? If so, your rear evaporator core drain might be stopped up. It is a rubber boot that goes through the floor to drain condensation that accumulates on the evaporator core. Bugs and dirt tend to cause a problem with the drains.

I have a 2003 chevrolet tahoe how do I fold The seat down

The second row is folded by first pulling up the rear of the seat cushion and folding up 'til it's behind the back of the front seat. Then the back of the seat folds down where the seat cushion was.

The third row seats have several levers that are numbered in the sequence they are to be operated. First fold the seat back down on to the cushion and then flip the whole seat up 'til it's vertical and latched.

This is described in the Owner's manual if you can find one.

Seats - Third Row
The third row seat:
  • is three-passenger seat.
  • a 60/40 bench seat.
  • folds down for more cargo area.
  • has optional power fold down seats.
Third Row Power-Fold Seat
CAUTION: To prevent possible damage to the third row seat or the safety belts, make sure that the safety belts are not fastened when moving the seat to the load floor position.
CAUTION: Make sure that no objects such as books, purses or briefcases are on the floor in front of the third row seats or on the seat cushion before lowering the backrest(s).
The third row power-fold seat consists of the following electrical components:
  • right third row seat relay.
  • left third row seat relay.
  • right power-fold seat motor.
  • left power-fold seat motor.
  • right front third row seat switch (if equipped).
  • left front third row seat switch (if equipped).
  • right rear third row seat switch.
  • left rear third row seat switch.
For the third row power-fold seat to operate, a shared ground is supplied by the body security module (BSM) to both of the power-fold seat relays, enabling the seats to then be moved by pressing one of the third row power-fold seat switches. The third row power-fold seat operates only when the vehicle is in PARK and the liftgate glass, liftgate door or any entry door must be open.
The third row power-fold seat motors transfer movement to a drive gear assembly to raise and lower the seat backrest. The power-fold seat motors rotate a short drive cable which is connected to the drive gear assembly.
The relay's are located in Aux. relay box #2

My third row seating area has water on it and i don't now where it is coming from

you will need two people for this. While one person sits in back of the car, have another person with a garden hose, spray water around the rear windows and where ever you see any kind of seal in the back. also try and spray water up from the bottom of the car to make sure that you do not have any leaks from the bottom.

I need a 3rd row seat for a Chevy Tahoe it is a 1996

Salvage yards are a great source for 3rd row seating. Often you can find one that's in almost brand new condition, matching color, pattern and they're a direct fit! Good luck!

You can, but it's not "plug n play". You might have to do some slight modifications (mounts, seat belt anchors, etc..)

Can 3rd row seating be added to a 2002 chevy tahoe z71 that didn't originally come with it?

No. THe latch points for the removeable third row seating has to be factory installed and anchored during manufacturing. The third row seat latches in similar to the same latches the doors used to close. To maintain the safety durign a crash those anchors have to be attached to body frame during assembly. There are aftermarket foam seats that are rear facing and simply sit on the floor of the cargo area but they are not safe for use while vehicle in motion and are aftermarket items. They are typically used to sit on while the car is parked and the lift gate is open, such as backing up and watching a sporting event. They are not suitable for long term use or while vehicle is in motion.
