Mine does the same thing. I have been told it is the fuel pump which I have to take out the gas tank the pump costs $160. I am hoping it is some kind of sensor instead or something easier.

that sounds like it might be the pcm witch is easy to fix but expensive i have found them for $300.00 or a little less. but i am waiting to get a code reader.

Why is my 98 dodge caravan dying while driving?

This could be catalytic converter plugging off or fuel pump or filter issue. Especially if it runs good at low speed.

Engine sputters when accelerating

The flashing light means the problem is serious enough to cause damage to the catalytic converter. Have the computer scanned for trouble codes to proceed. And get the plugs replaced.

Runs fine for awhile then acts likes it is flooding

If you have alot of miles on it then the cat converter is probably plugged. First check your air cleaner and fuel filter, they are affordable. Converters get plugged after 50k but can go to 150k..all luck on our parts. Hope this helps.:)

you have a sensor acting up on your motor have the code read at any shop for about $25 and they will tell you exactly what sensor is going out and needs to be replaced
