Where is the position 32, AMP on Compartment Fuse panel for cigarette lighter?

Probably so. Check in this order: Blown fuse (95% chance of being your problem), loose wires, shorted out lighter receptacle.

In the fuse box under the dash on the left side of the steering column. I believe it a 30 Amp fuse but I forget the position number. It is also the fuse for the engine code reader plug.

either the element is burned out on the lighter or you have a blown fuse, look in owners manual for location of the fuse and check it or replace

The problem could not have been a fuse. This would have effected both sides of the vehicle. Consult a service manual for information where this fuse is located and repair either the defective levelling sensor, hose or air assisted shock absorber.
