2000 kia sephia, it has a headlight dimming problem and at the same time the tail lights wont come on till you turn off the lights or hit the brake pedal.

Check all your ground connections in front and back and at the lights clean or replace connectors and tighten ground bolts.

Thumping, grinding noise comes from right front side

most likely a front hub [wheel bearing ]going bad but jack up front side that is causing problem and try to move tire in and out with hands at top and bottom of tire and listen and feel for noise or excess movement it to much movement remove tire an check the upper and lower ball joints as well as the shock/strut but check brakes grinding can also mean pads are metal to rotor but usually grinding and thumping is related to a bad hub

What could cause a thumping noise from the front end when turning at low speed?

sounds like wheel bearings-1st
but hopefully your front disc need turning, or replaced.
check wheel bearings by jacking up the front end "CAREFULLY" WITH
JACK STANDS & wiggle tires,if you get more than a 1/4'' slack on 1 or the other, than it's shot. Best to replace both sides. "GOOD LUCK'' &
BE CAREFULL.

When driving noise over 30 mph

What kind of noise is it? From where does it come? Front wheel, left or right? or rear wheels, left or right? If your vehicle is very old, then if could simply be wearing out in which case differential, trans or wheel bearing noises are very common. Is it a high squeal or a low grumbling noise? Is it a grinding noise?

FRONT DRIVER SIDE MAKE A CLUNKING NOISE WHEN TURNING LEFT

If there is a any vibration in the brake pedal, then it is wheel bearing.
If it only happens on slow tight turns, and there is no brake pedal connection, it is a CV joint.
