could be turbo ,but the problem is its a common rail fuel injection system and this throws up another problem and that is its VW which from 2005 uses encrypted software so it is difficult to find the fault .change the fuel filter and see what happens if problem persists then its either a bosch diesel specialist or the dealer .sorry for no qiuck fix

jack vehicle up ,then put jack under the side you want to change and take weight of vehicle -just - the undo shockabsorber and the front radias arm bolt and then lower it down ,just change the spring and then jack it up again and refix the bolts your took out
