Did U use the bulb contact/grease **** that autozone & advanced auto always try to sell ya? If so, any more than a VERY VERY light smear, will keep thre from being contact between the socket and bulb. OR >> sometimes the 'wrong bulb' can do that and even convince you that your cars computer is haunted or something. OR >> . I'm sure yo checked your fuses? Both fuse boxes, (or some vehicals have even more, BUT...???) While your with the fuses, use a multi meter to check them. Sometimes they look good and then actually they arent. OR >>>> I've have one of the million metal plates, laid one on top of the other to make thew circuits within the fuse box. Don't let anyone solder a fuse in there. Its easy enough to staighten them out again. Just be careful not to drop them, or mix them up.
Good luck - Jeanebop

Did u change the bulb w/ the Honda's original BULB? They have a different type BULB in honda, the amperage and the base contact is different from a regular bulb. Hope that helps u out! taah!
