2005 town and country touring i want to disconnect the seatbelt warning light and chime?

1. Turn the ignition switch to the off position and buckle the seat belt
2. Turn the ignition switch to run (engine does not need to be running), wait for the seat belt light to turn off.
3. Within 60 seconds, unbuckle and rebuckle the drivers seat belt at least 3 times, ending with the seat belt buckled.
4. Turn the ignition key to the off position. A single chime will sound to signify that you have successfully completed the programming.

It can be reactivated by repeating these steps.

The alert will be deactivated but the warning light will continue to stay on will the belt is unfastened.

Volvo s70, 1998, HVAC is not air out at all

First check your fuses and clean them and coat them with Dielectric grease, then try replacing the Relay if that does not fix it.

1996 Volvo 850 the seat belt won't release so I can't put on my seatbelt when driving. Is this expensive to fix.

The locking mechanism is plastic and usually brakes apart inside. It needs to be replaced. Because it is a 96 model, I would not trust used parts. Buy new from Volvo. They run in the $200 range for the part.

My 1998 Dodge Caravan will periodically beep four times in succession while driving. Does anyone what this indicates? Thanks

There are a number of things that can cause this beeping to happen. Problems in the Air Bag system, Seat Belts, Low Fuel, door or trunk Ajar, Low Washer fluid, Parking Brake on, Going too fast, Turn Signal On, Key-In Ignition, Exterior Lamps ON, Warning Lamp Announcement, or Transmission Over Temperature. You can try the self test to see if there are any codes stored in the computer, if needed.

1. Cycle the ignition key On - Off - On - Off - On within 5 seconds.

2. Count the number of times the Engine light flashes. The number of flashes represents the code. There is a slight pause between the flashes representing the first and second digits of the code. All codes are 2 digits. There are longer pauses separate individual two digit trouble codes.

What is the cable used for-- under drivers side seat in a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport?

There are 3 cables under the driver's seat.
1) 1 (single wire) goes to the illumination light of the transfer case position plastic lense panel (underside) 2) 1 (single wire) goes to the seat belt harness for the seat belt warning light 3) 1 (multi-wire) goes to air bag sensor located directly under the seat.
Your welcome :-)

My engine light is on, the brake light comes on and the speedometer stops when that happens, my key is stuck in the ignition, and the blinking arrow won't stop blinking. I am a first time volvo owner. I...

Brake light comes on auto each time you start the car (saftey check) and will go off when you press brake pedal.

Blinking arrow will stop when you click seat belt together (driver)

turn ign off press key in towards drive stem and turn anti clock (5degs)and pull out

Put in key hold in mileage reset button and turn key to on (dont start the car )the last click before starting (and keep finger on miles reset button till flashing stops
then turn off ,this resets all service lights,

SRS Light on Dash Illuminated

Sounds like either you did not connect the seat belt restraint wiring when the seats where put back in. This is a common problem. You will need to look under the seat and make sure that there are no loose wiring at all. The SRS is for the seatbelts.
