2004 Lexus LS 430
Most modern vehicles no longer have dipstics, but there is a fill plug, i do not know where it might be but look for a plug with a allen wrench hole on the tpo or upper side of the trans, with the plug removed add fluid untill you can see it thruogh the hole (if on top) or if it is on the side add untill it just starts to seep out at the bottom edge of the plug hole

I already took care of the problem, Thanks for your concern.... Joe M...........

The outer cone is where the problem is, right where the fiber/foam of the cone material attaches to the outside metal frame. if you look closely, you will find the speaker is torn along this line, at least at some point(s). I used ge silicone 2 clear, make a bead all the way around, took about ten minutes, could not be better. Great fix. Also check lexus owners club for more detail.
SOURCE: how to do a transmission flush for a lexus LS 430
About the only way to try to remove all the coolant from the trans is to do several power flushes. But, whether flushing the system or repeatedly draining and refilling the system, odds are very good that damage is done to the transmission. This is because the coolant washes off the transmission fluid which is vital to keep the bands and gears properly lubricated, much the same as when coolant washes oil off engine bearings from a blown head gasket and causing internal engine damage.
At this point, ask them to use a transmission flush machine to flush out the system and see how transmission is, but you very well may be looking at either a trans overhaul or replacement.
I wish I didn't have to be the bearer of bad news, but the above has been my experience in dealing with transmissions that get coolant in them.
SOURCE: 2004 Lexus Ls 430 Low tire
My 2004 Lexus LS 430 has had the light come on several times, even after changing all four tires. There are no tire pressure sensors on my four tires. I was told the car computes tire rotations and since a low pressure tire takes more rotations than a fully inflated tire, the computer puts up a message on the dash.
To reset/turn off the message, put the emergency brake on, start the car and reach below the dash to the right side of your steering column until you feel two buttons in a depressed area under the dash. One button turns on /off your smart key and the other will turn off your tire low pressure message. Depress and hold until the message on your dash goes out and you are good to go. I know this works, I just reset mine a few minutes ago.
