Anti theft system cannot be canceled or bypassed. There will be a reason the system has turned on. Start with the silly stuff first. Is it the correct key for that vehicle? Is the vehicle's battery fully charged? Change the battery in the key fob. code p 0660 refers to intake manifold tuning valve ,bank 1--circuit open===causes --wiring--intake manifold tuning valve
The fix will be a replace valve
the problem is to find it's location but if you talk with Mazda spares or service department , they should show you where it is located
a workshop manual would be a help as well

DTC P0660: INTAKE MANIFOLD COMMUNICATION CONTROL CIRCUIT - MALFUNCTION

Detection Condition

DTC is set, when PCM detects Intake Manifold Communication Control (IMCC) actuator input voltage remains too low or too high. This is an intermittent monitor. MIL does not illuminate.

Possible Causes
Connector terminal malfunction.
IMCC actuator malfunction.
Open circuit between IMCC actuator harness connector and main relay.
PCM malfunction.
Short or open circuit between IMCC actuator and PCM harness connectors.

Could be bad plug,wire,coil.catalytic con.could be plug.

P0660 DODGE Description

The Intake Manifold Tuning Valve (IMTV) system is monitored for failure during continuous, key ON engine OFF or key ON engine running self-test. The test fails when the signal on the monitor pin is more or less than an the expected calibrated range

Symptoms- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light) Possible Causes- IMTV signal circuit open, shorted to power or ground.
- Damaged IMTV actuator.
- Damaged ECM.
When is the code detected?Dual plane intake system-Control solenoid failure
