All interior lights, alarm and radio are not working

When I was changing a burned bulb in the visor it popped. From then on the radio, interior lights and alarm stopped working. When the truck is off the alarm won't turn on. None of the accessories will work. I have checked and replaced all fuses, but don't know if relays also need replacing. Any help is appreciated.

How do I change the interior light in a 2002 chrysler sebring

The lens should seperate from the housing. The entire lamp, assembly stays in the roof and only the lens is supposed to pop off for bulb replacement

The interior lights will not come on when door opens, the visor lamps will NOT light no matter what, radio lights work normally the turn signal lamps blink fast, but all bulbs light

For the turn signal flashing fast - MAKE SURE you have all bulbs flashing that are SUPPOSED to be flashing. The front side marker lamps are part of this equation.

As for the interior (dome and visor) lamps, there is a fuse labeled "CTSY LAMP" in the fuse block. The lamps themselves are controlled by the body control module (BCM). The CTSY LAMP fuse only provides input power to the BCM. I would start with a scan of the BCM to see if it can shed any light (No pun intended) on your problem.

Need help with blown fuses in mazda rx8 2004. Husband removed the messed up sunvisor and now the radio doesn't work or the display and the map lights and keyless entry/alarm aren't working either. Car...

2003 MPV. Room Fuse would immediately blow when replaced - as a result, no audio, auto doors, interior lights, etc. It would blow without the key in the ignition so I knew it had to be something that operated without the electric being turned on. Started guessing by pulling the fuses for the auto doors then retrying the Room Fuse.. Room Fuse continued to blow. Then went through interior lighting - started taking out bulbs and disconnecting lighting connections trying to isolate the issue.. popped the visor mirrors out and noticed one of the connections had come loose.. reconnected, popped in another Room Fuse, and presto! Everything back to normal - lucky me.

Years ago, the visor mirror cover on the passenger side, broke off. This is a lighted visor mirror. I was just going to leave it...but it seemed to get hot and I was afraid it would burn the ceiling...

After you pulled out the socket, maybe the positive and negative wires accidentally touched and blew a fuse. First, tape the wires so they can't touch each other. Then, look at the fuse box and see if a fuse is blown. The owners manual or perhaps the fuse box itself will tell you which fuse controls the interior lights.

I have a 1999 pontiac sunfire. the interior lights does not work.( the mirrow reading lights, the 2 side lights by the door wen you opend the door it does not work and the compartament glove light does not...

First check your fuses and bulbs. If they check out OK, there is probably a faulty relay. If the car starts and runs normally, the alarm module is probably OK. A broken wire is possible, but not likely, unless an aftermarket radio or alarm has been installed. One other possibility is a faulty or stuck door jamb switch. If there is a burnt fuse, you will need to find the short that caused it to burn out. Look for corrosion in all of the non-working light bulb sockets.

Window, interior lights, car alarm and fuse keep on burning out

you have a short circuit or burned out wires somewhere, could be anywhere.
Try disconnecting the alarm, taking the bulb out of the interior lights, and putting in the fuse, if it blows again you know that the alarm or interior lights are not at fault, if it stays good replace the bulb and if it blows theres your faulty circuit, if it stays good then the windows are at fault.
