As for the alarm sounding and the boot open info it is probably a faulty boot contact, so the alarm thinks the boot is open therefore the circuit is open on the alarm , the car is thinking it has been broken into. it will also come up on the driver info that your boot is open too.

Ok so I put my key in my door too lock it and it slipped and only turned half way well now since that happened my key isn't activating the alarm from the door it would usually beep after turning 2 times...

This should be a dealer issue. I know they are not cheap but you are going to have to take the inside door panel off and then you need to take out the window to get to the lock mechanism. Door panels take special tools.

Central locking and windows unusable due to leak

I've been dealing with similar problems (windows and sunroof dead, power locks iffy, dome light doesn't work, random chiming) and best I can figure is:

a) get rid of the leak and any standing water
b) depending on the year of your car check the relays and/or central locking module

I spent a lot of time checking the ECU and door interior parts and those were both dead ends. I also thought the standing water on the floor might be shorting actual wiring, but now I've eliminated that as well. Although my alarm hasn't been going off, the "door chime" has and the instrument cluster sometimes shows 3 or 4 doors open while driving. VAG-COM showed some alarm trip type faults as well. Central locking is my next move when I've got some time.

My alarm keeps going off on my audi a3 1.9tdi 55 plate, it doesnt sound like the normal alarms which come off the horn its more high pitched,i have tryed double locking the car but its still goes off when...

you need to get it code read, there you can see the last four alarm source and take it from the code,my guess will be interior monitoring,i think you have a switch on the drivers door pillar behind the seat belt, press it when you get out to see if it stops the alarm going off...the tone can be ajusted with vcds software

Audi A4 (A3) Boot won't open

if unable to turn key in boot then you will have to drop the seats down inside and climb in. remove the rear door panel and move the release mechanism manually. Make sure the vac pipes are connected and the mechanism isnt siezed.

Audi a3 1.9 tdi alarm keeps going off

this sounds like a faulty 'boot' switch. Many of the older models had issues with picky switches
