Our Montana Van warms up fine and blows hot air when travelling on the road. When the car slows to an idle the fan blows cold air. The temperature gauge is in the correct position and the fan speed and volume does not drop. The dealer is telling us this is within specs. We have had the van from new and never had this any other winter.
How cold is it there and does your engine cool down any while going slow? If it does it may mean you need a hotter thermostat installed, My first thought would be to check the coolant level in the radiator and the coolant reservoir! Hope this helps and Merry Christmas
