I looked at wiring diagram for your year and engine size, It didn't show a crank sensor. I believe you do have a cam sensor in your distributor. If that is the problem? My info on your model year isn't great.
If you can spray carb cleaner in the carb then you have either a fuel supply problem or fuel delivery problem. Check your fuel pressure and make sure it is in spec. Then check the spray in the carb spray.
There is only 4 sensors on a 2000 dodge intrepid and the bank 2 sensor 2 is the sensor located on the right (passenger) side and the one located after the catalytic converter (the one close to the firewall).
