My 2001 chevy monte carlo keeps popping the power steering hose! I don't know whats wrong with it!

Wild guess, there is an internal power steering pump pressure relief valve that is stuck or not operating properly and the pressure is going way above the rated capacity of the hose. May need a new power steering pump. Who is changing your hose? Some chance the hose is not rated for the pressures being developed by the pump.

MINI ONE POWER STEERING COMES AND GOES AFTER PUMP REPLACED

2 posible solutions to your problemone is that the rack and pinion unit has a restriction inside. if you remove the return line to the power steering pump and hold over a pan start engine and the pump will push old fluid into the pan instead of recirculating back into the system. you must keep power steering pump full of fluid because the return fluid is being pumped out of the system.also some models have an electric sensor switch on the pressure line that adjusts pressure by how fast the car is going.faster the car travels less power steering pressure

Power steering keeps going stiff all the time

There are 2 things that cause power steering to go stiff. The power steering pump itself either from failure or "lack of fluid" and the rack and pinion assy under the car.
Most of the time the failure is the power steering pump itself. The teflon rollers fail inside the pump and it either stops providing an output pressure or it seizes up. You can loosen the power steering pump belt then try to rotate the pump by hand. It should move by hand. If it feels like it is intermittently locking up as you rotate, it the teflon rollers have failed and the pump will need to be replaced.

Power steering keeps going out on my 2007 hhr. had the fuse replaced once already and its out again! i have been told there is no power steering pump, is that true?

yes it's true they do not have a power steering pump
they have electric power steering
i'm not sure about the HHR but the G5 and the COBALT have a MESSAGE come up on the RADIO or the DIC service power steering
my guess would be you have a short that's why the fuse blew
poss. POWER STEERING MOTOR shorted internal
you should have the vehicle scanned for a fault code in the steering system
hope this helps
