You can't. The alarm and more importantly the immobilizer is there to stop exactly what you are trying to do, steal the car without keys. It is all controlled via the ECM, the computer and uses a transponder in the key and The receiver in the steering column talk to the ECM.
Take your registration document down to your local dealership and get 2 keys keys made. Then reset the system.
The anti-theft function is part of programing in the ECU. there is no external module. The ignition switch is not reading the key. Do not hang a bunch of trinkets and keys from your key ring. 2 keys at the most. See if the dealer can make you a new key. You may have to replace the ignition switch as well. Perform OBDII scan for anti-theft codes.
You take it to a dealership. You should have just taken the Title to the dealer and paid $120 far a new key. (on that model they might need the car to scan the Computer for the key code.)
i had to change out my whole steering column there is a trick to make your car recongnize it...turn your key on but dont turn over leave on for up to ten min the theft light will go out when it does turn off car count to five then repeat this two more times. after the third time you turn off and count to five then turn the car on and turn over should start right up
For 1995 and older models. Simply lock the door with the key from outside of the car,then unlock it. Then start the car. I think this lets the computer know that someone who has the correct key is attempting to start it.
