Fuse to the starter has blown twice in the last month. Starter relay was also replaced but fuse still blown.

Follow the positive battery cable to the starter relay. It is mounted on the driver's side fender. Disconnect the battery first to be safe, then simply unbolt the cables from the defective unit, put them onto the new unit, then remove the old unit from the fender, and install the new unit and reattach the battery. Here is a pic of what your relay switch looks like:

right rear just in front of wheel. push clips back and remove old filter. apply new filter insuring flow is correct direction by arrow on filter press the clips back in place and you are ready. check to see if it is leaking.

Even though I bought the vehicle new, there was an aftermarket security system installed. The system had a bad diode, so i removed the system and reconnected the factory wires.

first, you need to check the battery voltage.
it should be at least 12.5 volts.
if the voltage is right, try moving the shift lever while turning the key, or try starting in nuetral.
with the key in the off position, try to turn pulleys by hand, the engine could be siezed.
