ALL brakes locked up, or just rear? Rear could mean differential is locked up...Sounds more likely while driving it, as cars now have a front or rear valve so all brakes are not lost at one time..
Check the nozzle, if it is dirty, get a needle, and clean it out. Check if your rubber hoses are all tight and none are ripped. Look under the engine, see if the hoses there (the ones that go from and to the reservoir) are properly connected. Should not be a separate reservoir, not that I know of, but If it was there, should be on left or right side by the trunk lid. But its unusual for it to be separate. Car makes dont want to spend extra money.
