When the car is turned on, the climate control button that it is set at is lit upsometimes. When the light is lit up say on defrost, everything works fine. You switch to bi-level, it works fine. The rear defogger button lights up when you push on it, which is fine. Then out of the blue the light on the button that is lit goes off and you turn the fan on high and the air blows out where ever it was set at. You push another button on the control and it blows out the same duct. also, the rear defogger no longer works either. Anyone have asolution?

THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR..
when they come damaged the blower motor not work. or don't stop working.
just REPLACE the RESISTOR. and you will fix that problem.

yes there is a relay switch in engine compartment or under dash
SOURCE: Blower motor vent selection switch not working
the hvac selector switch in the dash may be the problem.You need to remove the switch and look at the connector on the back of switch,see if there are any burnt wires at the connector or switch.It's all electronic and the switches have been known to burn out on this and other model.
