There is a diagram on the hood, to remove the belt look to the left
behind the strut tower. There is a tensioner there and you release the
tension by moving it with a wrench or socket.
My sincere apologies for the delayed response. I am personally going back to answer - unanswered questions. I do not know if you still need this information, but I am going ahead and answering it anyway. You may want to Print the Diagrams for future use.

Hello. Actually there should be a diagram on a sticker somewhere under the hood of your Lincoln. Also, in the owner manual. If both of those spots don't pan out you can go to any NAPA or similar auto parts store and they will give you a photocopy of the diagram. Regards, Joe
You should have a serpetine belt on your car for all pulleys.
There should be a diagram of the belt either on top of the front cowling apron(In front of the radiator) or under the hood in front by the upper locking hook.
You should not need to remove the radiator.
You will need a 3/8 or 1/2 inch rachet or breaker bar to move the idler pulley to slip on the belt. The idler pulley is spring loaded and keeps tension on the belt.
the diagram to replace it should be located under the hood but if the belt came off itself also check out the belt tensioner I would recommend a salvage yard for the tensioner and autozone for the drive belt and at the same time they can give you a diagram showing you how to install it
