My touch screen display screen went off all of a sudden yesterday. I am unable to use AC/Heat neither the Navigation system. I am hoping it's just the fuse as the car is 6 years old with 93k miles, not wanting to pay 2k for the display plus labor. I understand that the fuse box is under the hood/passenger side. However, when i pop the box open there is an additional transparent layer of plastic which i don't know how to take out. Any replies would be helpful. Many thanks...
SOURCE: Driver's side Fuse Box?? Where is it?
If it is saying it is on the drivers side kick panel, there should be a little door that can be removed to access the fuses. You might also want to look along side of the dash itself when your drivers door is open to see if it maybe up there. Hope this helps.

definitely not possible. try going to car-part.com and getting a used one. they should be but 90-100 bucks.

your blend door on your passenger side is most likely stuck in the cold position. Chances are you cable is broken. Good luck.

I have the exact same problem. I was told by Lexus that there is no repair and the entire unit would need to be replaced for $2400 !!!!
Has anyone found a fix or alternate solution yet?
