When i start the car up in the morning the auto choke really revs up for about 2 min. Anyway i can remove the auto choke?

If it has an elec choke which most do unless you have a manual choke cable installed in your vehicle you can disconnect the wire to it on your carb but this may make it difficult for you to start and keep your vehicle running when it's cold

I have a 1987 dodge ram 50, it has a 2 barrel carb... i cant keep it running i think it is the carburetor because if i wire the choke down it will kinda run, but as soon as the choke is let off it cuts...

The choke is there to cut off the air supply and pull in more fuel when it is cold. You have to repair the choke or put a manual choke on it. the warmer the engine gets , the more the choke opens up.

MY TRUCK HAS A 318 ENGINE IN IT.AFTER IT IS STARTED IT WILL SPIT AND SPUTTER FOR ALITTLE BIT THE IT WILL IDLE FINE AFTER IT RUNS FOR 5-10 MINUTES OR SO.IF I DONT LET IT WARM UP IT WILL SPIT AND SPUTTER AND...

Sounds to me like your choke is malfunctioning. Take the cover off of your carb when cold and see if the choke (top buttefly valve) is closed. It should be when cold. (you do not say what year truck you have so I am guessing as to the answer)

Automatic choke is stuck on my bmw

the 318 is fuel injected and has no automatic choke,it does have a cold start system to aid in cold starts, the most likely cause of your problem is a bad or dirty throttle position sensor.you may also need to clean the throttle body and throttle linkages or cables
