My 1992 Lexus Es300 sputters and shakes when i start it, but when i reach about 45mph it runs very well but when i slow down to about 35mph
it starts to sputter and shake. When i stops at lights it shakes as well. Once i reach 45 mph and above the car runs like a dream.what could be the problem?

Spark plugs wires needs complete tune up also synthetic oil change not designed to run on regular oil then check bearings

i had the same problen and the engine blew on me while driving so be carefull.......check ur oil pan for metals grading....
a pulsing hitting grinding noise in the front end plus it does shake
after I start rpm ups down with out doing nothing at stop sing signal light when I use brake to stop car it shake a lot and rpm go up and down
