Need engine diagram serious 2 engine 3800

You put a CHRYSLER Sebring engine into a MITSUBISHI Lancer and you thought that would work? You are building a custom car from scratch. You will at least need the Engine Control Module for the Sebring to make the engine run, then you will need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to try and match the rest of the cars electronics like the body control module to work with a different engine and ECM. That is IF they will take the job.

If you don't know what you are doing, you probably shouldn't be doing it. There is a high degree of probability you could make matters worse. I do not know what you mean by a spark plug diagram. You don't need a diagram to show where the spark plugs go. If you mean a spark plug WIRING diagram, all you have to do is replace them ONE AT A TIME. Don't pull them all off at once.
You might be able to find a diagram online using a simple search. Do you have a 4-cylinder or a V6? Is it 3 pairs of dual coil packs, or a Magnavox ignition? I would have to recommend some professional assistance if you don't know what these things are...
I also have no way of knowing if any of these images apply to your vehicle. If you install the plug wires incorrectly (assuming that's what you're trying to do) and you try to crank the engine, you could do some very serious damage to it.
This sort of thing isn't normally DIY if you have never done it before. Seriously, you don't want to risk destroying your engine.

Your alternator is on the right side of the engine compartment (passenger side) near the power steering pump (see #2 on attached diagram).

I seriously doubt if you will find the diagram that you are asking for. The thermostat is very easy on most vehicles. Simply follow the upper radiator hose to where it connects to the engine. This would be the thermostat housing. The thermostat hosing is held on by 2 bolts. Remove the 2 bolts and remove the thermostat housing. The thermostat will be under the housing. Pull the old thermostst out and clean the gasket surfaces on both the engine and the thermostat housing. install the new thermostat and thermostat housing gasket and reinstall ithe thermostat and bolts. On some of the Dodge vehicles it is necessary to remove the alternator and/or power steering pump/ A/C compressor brackets to access the thermostat housing bolts.

That you're going to have to get from the dealers parts dept. They should be able to photo copy the diagram for you. Even service manuals lack a full vac diagram, they usually show only basic emission diagram because that's a fed. mandate.

Malfunction indicator light it is the symbol of your engine with a line of suffering and the word "CHECK" -- this could be something minor like needing a spark plug to be replaced (common problem) or to something more serious like engine electrical work needed. a flashing engine light is the more serious so you are not to worry.

a job for the shop. if you do not time the engine properly when you start the vehicle it can do serious internal damage to the engine.

the water pump is timing chain driven and to replace it requires serious disassembly of the engine. it is a 13 + hour job and is not for the casual mechanic
