you may be getting fuel but you are starving the cylinders from it. after sitting this long, i would replace the injectors because they will corode inside after 7 years. agood injector cleaner might work but they are probably too far gone. you might have sent a lot of corosion from the fuel tank the first time you ran it & that will add to total shut down of the fuel injectors. also check your oil pressure, or it may jump on timing due to stiff cam bearings. depending on klts, it would be good to use slightly heavier oil grade. you may also want to check your ignition coil for proper supply to plugs. bin there, dun that.

Sounds like a bad Throw Out Bearing.. Needless to say.. it has to be repaired.
Depending on mileage.. may as well replace the clutch/pressure plate.. and have he flywheel looked at.. change the tranny oil.. check the u joints.. rear end etc..
Best of luck!

It almost sounds to me like your EGR valve is full of carbon and not able to open properly so your engine is running rich.

What's likely happened is that your alternator has failed. When that happens the battery runs the vehicle 'till it has nothing left. When it sits for a time, chemical action in the battery gives you a small amount of extra voltage but not enough to me meaningful.
Re charge the battery and check the alternator output. Running it should be no less than 12.9 volts and no more than 14v. With all accessories on the voltage should remain steady and not drop over time. Also check that the belt tensioner is not weak and allowing the belt to slip. (alternator uses about 5 horsepower to turn and a loose belt will not allow that to happen without slipping)
