My gauge lights went out! the speed, rpm, those? i dont know what fuse 2 change n another this my check engine light is on n so is my brake light! any clue on those when i had the check engine light tested it said perge flow low! any help???? PLZ tiffany

it can only be 2 things.
1: transmission slip
2: engine died, or has weak power.
if you know what engine rpm is, you can solve this riddle.
A: RPM RISES FAST, MPH (SPEED) DONT. BAD TRANNY
B: Rpm sicks low, car dont move, bad engine (weak, or 100 other reasons. but (bad engine power)
it be impossible for me to express RPM with sounds,
so only an RPM gauge works. does your car have one.? "dash"?
im too lazy to look but, most cars have sub models that dont have this
important gauge.
The speed sensor is probably the root of your problems. Likely the reverse switch wiring is routed through the harness for the sensor. That could also be the reason it goes into limp mode. Change the sensor and see if all problems are resolved. Good luck.
The tail lights are usually on the same fuse as your dash lights. Check to see if you have tail lights. If they are on and it's only your dash lights that don't work, check the dash dimmer switch for a fault.
I have a 2006 kia amanti and engine light was on code said crank shaft sensor So I changed it put all together now code comes up P0320....Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit ?? rpm gauge don't work anymore
Might be speed sensor or fuse. very strange problem, but it is probably diagnostic hint that engineered to let you know there is a particular trbl in electrical sys,.. check a manual or dealer.
