It sounds to me like your battery is getting weak and/or is shorted internally. All of the things you mentioned are computer-controlled. Please note that the computers use power even when the key is off and the vehicle is locked up. This is normal. If the computers are not receiving enough power, they can do all kinds of goofy things (Kind-of like people do when they start getting delirious from starvation).
My recommendations are to get the battery tested and replace it if it even HINTS of not being at FULL capacity. Especially if it is more than 4 years old. Please note that a new battery will usually test at 20 to 30 percent ABOVE its rated capacity. Make sure all of your battery connections are clean and tight. Then make sure that your charging system is operating properly so it can maintain the correct battery power.

It may be as simple as reprogramming your system. There is a way to re-synch your keys to the system. Use the instructions at:

That vehicle had a lot of problems with the PCM "Power Control Module" and that may be your problem.

obvious and thats because someone has damaged the lock ,go to dealer and order a new lock for that door with the chassis number and change the lock ,unless the back of the lock mechanism is damaged do the keys turn in the lock and nothing happens or wont they do into teh lock??

Window fuse's and relay's may be up under driver or passenger side dash or behind glove box, under the hood and even under the seats, and finally on the ends of the dash. All passenger power windows and locks are controlled thru and get power from the master control switch on the drivers door. Could be a broken wire in the rubber boot going from the door to the body. You will have to eliminate each till you find the culprit. Check that all switches return to neutral when released. It could also be the body control module.

Inside the truck behind the trim is a manual release for the gas door, the release looks like the head of a large key on a small wire string. It is marked.
