How do I make the maplight console in my 2006 DTS stay up? It is falling out. I don't know if there are clips, or something else.

2006 Cadillac DTS. What fuses and relays would make my car not start. It cranks but won't run, the fuel pump is working.

Cadillac DTS (2005-2011) fuses and relays

Fuse Box Diagrams https://fuse-box.info > cadillac > cadillac-dts-2005-20...

Fuse box diagram (location and assignment of electrical fuses and relays) for Cadillac DTS (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011).

Some ideas here, but most deal with NO crank, no start.

It is a highly complex vehicle, you need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to diagnose what electrics aren't working

Where is egr valve located on 2006 Cadillac DTS

I'm not familiar with your vehicle (I'm in the UK). However, the EGR valve is usually connect to the air intake.

Look for a 'unit' that is connected to the air intake via a tube.

Here's a link done with a general Google search for '2006 Cadillac DTS egr'. Hopefully you will recognise your own egr valve amongst the images:

'06 cadillac dts- no power @ cigarette lighter & center console 12V outlet

I know in my 06 CTS I had the same problem with the cigarette lighter. It came unclasped. Simply Take the complete part out (the piece with the ashtray and the cigarette lighter together and there is a plug there, make sure it is plugged in. They easily come unplugged because of the constant opening and closing of the component itself. I hope this helps on the DTS model.
