Im haveing a diosgnostic code P0352 ignition coil B primary/secondary and circuit P0351 (pd) codes come up what is this
Car is idling rough. Stalling, sputtering and wont stay on when in drive. Lights come on. At first it said misfire cylinder 4. I pulled the injector out clean then and now i get this code
didnt work. Skip did not follow the coil. I also changed the injector and performed a compression test. I get 150 lbs of pressure. So thats good. Now I'm stumped. I also checked all the hoses which couold also be potentially causing the problem. But nothingdidnt work. Skip did not follow the coil. I also changed the injector and performed a compression test. yup. Itsd getting good ground. Happend while driving home on the freeway. Changed the injector. Was working great until the last part of the test drive. Did it again.yup. Itsd getting good ground. p0351,p0352,p0353 and p0354. It won't start because you have four cylinders not firing .

When you see these codes , it's time to worry . These ford coil on plug system's can fry the transistors that control the coil firing . New computer or reman at ford $ 800.00 buck's then it needs to be programmed (dealer) What engine ? 3.0 v-6
This happens when the spark plug's are neglected , gap get's to wide , make's coil's over heat an break down , spark goes through the primary wire to the computer . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.
All those codes are the same BASIC code just for different coil pack secondary. You need to check the wiring from the coil packs and make sure they are all grounded properly. Corrosion or loose connection at a bus terminal can cause this. Here is a link: P0352 OBD II Trouble Code Ignition Coil Primary Secondary Circuit...
Ignition Coil "A" Circuit Primary/Secondary Malfunction
Our emissions expert has put together the following information about the P0351 fault code. We have also included diagnostic procedures you can take to your repair shop if the mechanic is having difficulty analyzing the code. OBD II Fault Code
OBD II P0351 Ignition Coil "A" Circuit Primary/Secondary Malfunction
What does this mean? The ignition coil or coils are responsible for igniting the air/fuel mixture inside the combustion chambers. Without reliable performance from the ignition coil(s) the vehicle will stumble and misfire.
Code P0351 indicates there's an electrical problem in either the primary ( the computer side ) or the secondary ( the spark plug side ) of the Ignition Coil "A" Circuit. Symptoms
Check Engine Light will illuminate
Engine idles rough
Engine misfires on acceleration
In rare cases, the engine may not exhibit noticeable symptoms
Common Problems That Trigger the P0351 Code
Defective Ignition Coil(s)
Defective Spark Plug(s)
Intake Manifold Vacuum leaks
Carbon buildup in the Throttle Body air passages
Defective Idle Air Control Valve or Electronic Body
Common Misdiagnosis
Ignition coil(s) replaced when cause of the malfunction was a vacuum leak
Spark Plugs replaced when cause of the malfunction was a vacuum leak
p0140 - 02 sensor circuit no activity detected, (bank 2 sensor 1)
P0170 - fuel trim malfunction (bank 1) MM6LP - fuel injection fault
P0336 - Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit range/performance SID801/4 - Engine speed signal coherence.
P0352 - Ignition coil B Primary/secondary circuit malfunction MM6LP - 2/3 ignition coil control. Open circuit, short circuit to positive, short circuit to earth. ME746 - NO.1 Ignition coil control function. Short circuit to earth. ME746 - NO.2 ign. coil control function. Short circuit to earth.
P0414 - Secondary Air Inj. system switching valve A circuit shorted. MM6LP - Air pump relay control failure.
codes p351-2-3 refer to ignition coil A -B -C primary /secondary-circuit malfunction==causes--wiring--ignition coil --ECM. Causes are the same for all three.. As the ECM is common to all three, producing the same code I would be incline to replace the ECM
P1391 - Not a valid obd code. B1391 - Oil Level Switch Circuit Failure C1391 - Not a valid obd code. U1391 - Not a valid obd code. Its possible you may have misread this code. If it is B1391 that would be the only code with 1391 for your vehicle.
P0351 - Ignition Coil A Primary / Secondary Circuit Malfunction. The ignition signal from the Powertrain Control Module or Electronic Control Module is sent to and amplified by the power transistor. The power transistor
turns ON and OFF the ignition coil primary circuit. This ON/OFF
operation induces the proper high voltage in the coil secondary circuit.
Possible Causes: - Open or short in the ignition coil circuit - Ignition coil circuit shorted to ground - Ignition coil connector - Damaged ignition coil - Damaged PCM
P0352 - Ignition Coil B Primary / Secondary Circuit Malfunction. Same repair info as P0351.
P0353 - Ignition Coil C Primary / Secondary Circuit Malfunction. Same repair info as P0351
p0351- ignition coil A primary or secondary fault

have you checked for power and ground at the injector connector?
