The cause of this is not the horn or fuse in most cases, it is caused by the rotating contact that connects the horn button, in order to repair this you will need a new clock-spring contact, to install the airbag must be disarmed, his has to be done by the book or serious injury can result.

Check the horn relay, it is located under the dash near the fuse box. I believe it is on a white box. You may need to purchase a new relay or there could be a problem with the horn button in the steering wheel/column. Check relay first.

first look for one under the dash on the drivers side or maybe on the passanger side and then look for a relay box under the hood usually located in the front or on the drivers side near the front also to find the horn itself look under the hood near the wheel well or the frame and make the wire is not broken off of it and if you live in a place where there is salt on the roads in the winter you may have to replace the horn
