SOURCE: replace rear seat belt in 1993 Toyota Corolla

OK. On the front edge of the seat bottom cushion, pull up hard, both sides. This will dislodge the 2 clamps that holds the seat cushion to the floor. Pull the seat cushion out & set it aside. You will now see the female latches bolted to the area where the rear of the seat cushion meets the rear seat back bottom. Remove the bolts (14 mm I think).

SOURCE: How do I remove brake drum on 2005 toyota corolla

Under normal circumstances, the drum should slide right off once the wheel is removed.

If you have built up rust holding it on, there are two threaded holes near the center of the drum to aid in removal.
Insert two 12mm bolts into the holes and, while adding plenty of lubricant, turn the bolts in even amounts until they push the drum off.
Be sure to keep them lubed, as they will strip out easily if not.

If you have aftermarket drums without the holes or the screwholes are stripped out, smacking the face of the drum with a dead blow hammer will help free it up, but takes much longer for success.

SOURCE: Signal/Dashboard/Brake Lights Are Out! 2005 Toyota Corolla S

Most likely a fuse is bad, get out your owners manual and see which one powers the lights. Buy a good test light and it will help you the rest of your mechanic career. Then you can test the fuses without pulling them out to look at them, and test them electrically. first to confirm they are indeed getting power and then that they are good.

When I turn my lights on, the brake lights stay on even the third brake light. When I turn the lights off and hit the brake pedal the dash lights come on.

ck the bulbs, have any bulbs been replaced recently, could have the wrong bulb installed in the brake light socket.

My spoiler brake light works but my to other wont...fuse is good...what can it be? i have a 2004 toyota corolla S type

Check the light bulbs. Sometimes if you by mistake insert the wrong light bulb, this happens. There are One Filament bulbs (for reverse) and Two Filament bulbs (for brakes and signals). Wrong placement provokes shorts.
